How to Draw a Python Head - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: To draw a python, begin with the eye by drawing a circle with a verrtical line down the center.
Step 2: Add a brow ridge to the eye by drawing a curved line above the top of the eye.
Step 3: Draw the head around the eye by using several curved lines to show the ridges of the face, and an arch at the front for the mouth.
Step 4: In the front arch of the head, draw a rectangle ending in a triangular fork for the tongue.
Step 5: To add the jaw, draw a curved line beginning beneath the tongue and pulling around to the back of the head. Draw a small curved line above the mouth for a nose.
Step 6: From behind the head, draw two slightly curved lines for the body.
Step 7: Draw a thick, "V" shaped pattern to the top of the head, and a thick, curvy line from the back of the head toward the front, continued past the eye.
Step 8: To finish your king cobra, draw a thick diagonal line down from the corner of the eye, and another thick line from the back of the head, along the body.
Step 9: Your python is now finished!
