Step 1: Draw an eye by drawing a circle around a dot.
Step 2: Draw the head by drawing a rectangular shape around the eye with rounded corners. On the right side, draw the line diagonal so that it goes below the eye.
Step 3: Draw the nostrils by drawing tiny cylindrical shapes on the right top of the head.
