How to Draw a Cartoon King Cobra - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: We will begin with the head, mouth and nostril of the cobra. Draw a circular figure and starting from the right-end of this figure, add a horizontal line for the mouth. It should be a bit lower than the center of the head. At the top off to the right, add a small dot for the nostril.
Step 2: Off to the left of the nostril, add a large dot for the eye!
Step 3: Next, let's create his coiled body. Begin at the left of the head with a curved line in the downward direction. Draw in a parallel line to this one off to the right. At the bottom of the two parallel lines, begin to curve them upward and then continue horizontal in the left direction. Continue to twist and coil as you please, narrowing the space between the two lines and connect them at the end.
Step 4: Next, directly to the left of the eye, draw in another curved line that connects down to the neck of the cobra. Add a parallel line to this one, keeping the space very small between the two lines. Now, repeat this step underneath the cobra's chin. The lines should be shorter and also connect to the next.
