How to Draw a Cartoon Otter - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Start by drawing a fuzzy circle for the head, leaving a space at the bottom. Make sure to draw in two small loops on each side at the top for the ears.
Step 2: Next, draw in two filled in circles by each ear.
Step 3: Draw a small oval in just below and in between the eyes and then a “W” shaped line under that for the mouth.
Step 4: After that, you'll need to draw in a fuzzy rounded “V” a bit under the head and an upside down “U” connected to the underneath side of it. For the inner part of the front legs. Then draw in two fuzzy curves for the outer part of the legs and add in the feet with thin loops for the toes.
Step 5: Then draw a large fuzzy loop connecting the top of the head and the elbow of the front leg. Add in a small foot under the belly and a small curve for the outside of the leg.
Step 6: Finally, add in a sharp “V” shape for the tail.
