How to Draw a Coyote For Kids - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Coyotes are canines that are the smaller cousins of the wolf. They live all over North America. Start your coyote by drawing an oval for the head.
Step 2: Draw a bigger elliptical loop from the bottom rear of the coyote's head to serve as its body.
Step 3: Draw the coyote's pointed ears as two sets of pointed loops. The outer loop on each ear is open, while the inner one is shaded.
Step 4: Draw the legs and feet as open "L"-shapes.
Step 5: Draw the coyote's wide, fluffy tail as an elongated ellipse with an open end attached to the coyote's backside.
Step 6: Add two shaded ovals for eyes. Make sure you leave a white dot in the top right corner of each eye to show reflection. Add the coyote's nose and mouth at the bottom of the oval.
