Step 1: Begin with the shell of the nautilus by drawing a round, crescent shape with a blocky triangle shape at the top end.
Step 2: Add detail to the shell by drawing several "V" shapes all the way around the shell.
Step 3: Now, add the eye by drawing a shaded circle with a white space within, just outside of the shell, below the triangle portion.
