How to Draw a Realistic Bison - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Begin with the oval-shaped head, leaving a circular cut-out for the nose and mouth at the bottom and a wavy line at the top in the middle.
Step 2: Next, draw in the nose and mouth in the space you left.
Step 3: Then you'll draw in the eye even with the bottom of the line.
Step 4: Next draw the short upturned horns on both sides at the top of the head.
Step 5: Then you'll draw in the mane of hair around the head with a small beard at the bottom.
Step 6: Next draw the square body with a slight rounded hump in the back just behind the head, leaving space for the belly and legs at the bottom and drawing the fur on the chest.
Step 7: Then you'll need to add in all four legs with their hooves, making sure to add in the fur on the front legs and lines for the muscles.
Step 8: Then you'll draw the fuzzy belly across between the two sets of legs.
Step 9: Finally, you'll draw the tail with hair from about halfway down to the tip.
