How to Draw a Realistic Salamander - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Let's start by drawing the head. Draw a horizontally diagonal line with a tiny bump for the eye now take it down, making a U-turn and then continuing further down. Make a small inverted "C" towards the lower end of the head.
Step 2: Draw the eye by drawing a dot and then making a small circle around it. Make a small semi circle over the eye.
Step 3: Draw a small line at the tip of the head for the mouth and a tiny dot for nostril above that.
Step 4: Now draw the body by drawing a semi-circular line starting from the end of the head and going up then bring it down and continue it in a long pointed tail. Make the tail long till half the body.
Step 5: Let's draw the feet now, start by drawing the hind foot first. Draw two curved lines at the base of the tail with tiny toes at the end. Now make the front feet by drawing one right below the head with four toes at the end. Draw another one below the mouth. Make this one small because it's at the back.
Step 6: Draw the rest of the body by drawing a curved line from the front to hind feet. Draw curved lines across the belly for detail.
