How to Draw a Realistic Shark - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Let's start by drawing the body. Draw a diagonal eliptical shape with a pointed top.
Step 2: Draw a small circe for the eye towards the top of the body. Fill in the eye.
Step 3: Draw the mouth by drawing two curved lines, joined together at the right end, a little below the top of the head. Now draw zig-zag lines inside the mouth for teeth.
Step 4: On the top middle of the body draw a triangular dorsal fin.
Step 5: Now we draw the pectoral fins. On the body, below the dorsal fin, draw a horizontal line going longer than the body connect another line, diagonally below the first one and take it to the body. Make sure the fin is pointed at the end and wider at the base. Now we draw the left fin behind the body for which we make a long diagonal triangle going downwards and outwards form the middle of the belly on the bottom.
Step 6: Let's draw the tail. First complete the back body of the shark by drawing a small sideways "V' with the pointed part towards the right. Now we draw a small fin at the bottom of this with a pointed tip. Now we draw a crescent shaped tail at the end of the body vertically, with a ends pointed and the middle grooving in.
Step 7: Now we add detail to our shark by drawing a fuzzy curved line starting from above the mouth, going in the middle of the body all the way to the back.
