How to Draw a Realistic Tilapia - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Start by drawing the head. Draw a triangular head with the tip towards the right and make a semi circle behind it. Draw a small curve at the tip of the triangle for the mouth.
Step 2: Draw a circle with a dot in the middle for the eye above the mouth.
Step 3: Next, we draw the body. Draw a rough horseshow shape starting from the top of the head to the bottom of the head. Now erase the back and draw a rough small square with rounded corners.
Step 4: Next we draw the fins by drawing a tiny leaf shaped fin at the bottom. Now draw a wiggly line at the top going above the body and then connect the line to the body. Draw a small triangle below the back of the body for another fin. Now we draw an irregular triangular fin at the bottom part of the body. Draw diagonal curved lines across all the fins for detail.
Step 5: Draw the tail by drawing a line starting from the top of the back of the body, curving it to times and then connecting it to the bottom end of the body. Now draw some small horizontal lines across the tail for detail.
