Step 1: We'll start by drawing the salamander's eyes as a large dog's bone that has a large dot on each end.
Step 2: Draw an upper jaw, shaped like a shallow pot, that connects both ends to the eyes in the upper face.
Step 3: Fill in a lower jaw that is only a little thinner than the upper, but looks very much like it.
