How to Draw a Cartoon Sunfish - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Start by drawing a wide sideways “V” shape with a curving top and a lumpy bottom part to form the head.
Step 2: Then draw in the rounded eye near the narrow part of the head.
Step 3: Now draw the top and bottom fins. Draw a tall, thin triangle for the top fin with the wide part not quite connecting and the bottom fin as a thin diagonal “V” shape with a curve near the top.
Step 4: Then draw in a wavy half-circle connecting the top and bottom fins.
Step 5: To finish, you'll draw the small fin on the side. Draw an upright oval a short distance from the eye and next to it a thin horizontal loop with a wider part opposite the oval.
