Step 1: Start with a large circle for the head and body.
Step 2: Next draw in a triangle pointing to the right for the mouth shapes.
Step 3: Then draw a circle outline with a filled-in circle on the inside for the eye.
Step 4: Next you'll draw in a curved line from the bottom to the top of the circle.
Step 5: Then you'll draw the tail on the right side, making a wavy line opposite the circle and lines extending out from the body about halfway across the tail fin.
