How to Draw a Realistic Monarch Butterfly - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: first let's draw the head. Draw a diamond shape with a bump in the middle for eyes.
Step 2: Next add the antenna, which are two long curved lines from the top of the head.
Step 3: For the body, draw a sausage shape under the head and draw lots of horizontal lines on it for segments.
Step 4: Now you're ready to start the top wings. Draw two triangle shapes coming out of the body. Decorate them with lots of circles and patterns.
Step 5: Next draw the bottom wings, by drawing two teardrop shapes under the top wings. Decorate these in the same way.
