How to Draw a Realistic Rat - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Start by drawing the head. Draw an "V" sideways, with the pinted part on the right.
Step 2: Draw a small circle for the eye closer to the top of the head. Fill in the eye.
Step 3: Now we draw the ears. Draw an "8" at the top left corner of the head. Now draw another "8" slightly lower, overlapping the other one.
Step 4: Draw the whiskers by drawing several straight lines fanning out from the right corner of the head, slightly below the eye.
Step 5: For the body we start by drawing a curved line behind the ear that dips down a little and then goes up, forming a semi-circular back and then comes down. Now draw a curved "C" shaped line below the head for the neck and legs. Draw a horizontal curved line starting below the end of the back on the left and then bring it towards the right where we have the legsThis will be the belly of our rat.
Step 6: Let's draw the feet. Start by drawing think finger-like toes at the legs we drew below the neck. Now draw a long foot below the belly more towards the left ending in thin, finger-like toes.
Step 7: Draw a long, curved tail pointy at the end at the left end of the body where the back and belly connect. Draw a fuzzy line at the base of the tail for detail.
