How to Draw a Realistic Squirrel - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Let's draw the head first. Draw a diagonal curved line starting from top left to bottom right and draw a small circle at the end for the nose. Now draw a horizontal line from below the nose towards the left.
Step 2: Draw a tiny circle for the eye and shade it in.
Step 3: Draw two triangular ears with rounded tips at the top of the head.
Step 4: Draw whiskers on the side of the nose which are tiny lines fanning out from the nose, below the eye.
Step 5: Draw the body by drawing a curved line starting from the top of the head, more horizontal in the beginning and then curved at an angle of 90 and going down.
Step 6: Draw the arms next, by drawing a curved line below the head, starting from the middle of the body. At the right end of this line, draw a hand with small grooves for fingers. Make sure the hand is positioned a little downwards as compared to the arm.
Step 7: Now we draw the legs by drawing an "L" shaped leg starting from below the arm and ending in small toes. Draw an "L" shaped line back towards the left from below the fingers to finish the right leg. Now draw four tiny grooves below the body and draw an inverted fuzzy "C" above that. Now draw a fuzzy line at the bottom, joining both legs together and finishing the body.
Step 8: Draw a fuzzy semi-circle at top of the body then from the middle of it draw a fuzzy line going down and curving at the end to join the body.
