Step 1: First we draw an arc for the head.
Step 2: Nect we will draw the eys. They are big, round circles. Color it in, and add the eyelids above them.
Step 3: Now we draw the nose. It looks like two commas.
Step 4: We need a mouth on this seal. Make it happy, and add some lines around the nose for details.
Step 5: Whiskers on the cheeks are essential for a seal. Add a lot! And make them long.
Step 6: Now we add some whiskers above the eyes too!
Step 7: Last, we add the chin and neck. Seals are super cute, huh?
