How to Draw a Baby Rattlesnake - Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: First off, let's get started with the head and neck. Start by drawing a half oval shape for the head. For the neck, draw two lines that curve around from right to left.
Step 2: Now, let's finish up the face. For the eyes, draw two little circles spaced far apart, and fill them in. For the mouth, just draw a curved line that looks like a smile. Snakes have a forked tongue, so starting in the middle of your mouth, draw two lines down that branch off and meet back in the middle in a triangle shape.
Step 3: Let's draw the body next. Draw a large circle around the head and neck of your snake, with a curved line in the middle to show that it's coiled up.
Step 4: On the upper right side of the body, draw the end of the snake, where its tail is. Following the picture, add the little lines inside to show it has a rattle!
Step 5: Now let's fill in the body with all the cool little spots rattlesnakes have on their skin. They don't have to be just like the picture, every rattlesnake has a different variation of spots! Your baby rattlesnake is done!
