Step 1: Begin with the head, drawing a sideways "V" that curves up and way at the top, before coming back down, with a few zig-zags for feathers.

Step 2: From the end of the previous line, add some curves and zig-zags for feathers on the neck, bringing the line back up to the initial "V" line.

Step 3: Draw a dark circle at the top center point of the head for the eye.

Step 4: A long, thin beak is added to the outside of the "V" shape, like a carrot nose.

Step 5: Now add some details to the head by drawing semi-circles down from the beak, widening out at the base.

Step 6: On either side of the head, draw a curved line for the body, and a zig-zag line in between them.

Step 7: Your hummingbird is now finished!
