Step 1: start with the head. Draw the top half a lemon shape, with a crease for the neck.
Step 2: Next draw the snout and mouth. Draw a circle with two dots in for nostrils at the left side of the lemon, then underneath that draw a curve for the mouth and a curve underneath for the chin.
Step 3: Add a dot for the eye.
Step 4: Add lots of lines coming off the nose to make whiskers.
Step 5: Next draw a big circle around the face to create the body, and add a few lines on for skin folds.
Step 6: Finally draw three ovals for the two front legs and one hind leg, and draw lines in them to make fingers.
